Greetings and welcome to the website for District 15 of Zonta International.
I am delighted to served as Governor of District 15 for the 2020-2022 biennium. It is a special and unique time in Zonta history and the world we live in. I join hands with over 750 members who make up the 35 clubs of District 15, and I am excited to further the legacy of service that has provided a positive impact in our local communities since 1919.
It is truly a challenging and exciting time, but we will empower ourselves and those around us while supporting and promoting the vision of our International President, Susan Lagenbeck. As we undertake this special journey, I am especially looking forward to working collectively with each club. Under the District theme “Back to the Future”, we will enjoy and work toward meaningful membership, meaningful service projects and meaningful advocacy efforts.
As Zontians our actions demonstrate that we believe we must “be the change we want to see in the world”. Accordingly, we will continue in the direction set forth by the founding members to address issues such as human and civil rights, social and educational disparities, as well as health, political and financial inequities. We are committed to addressing issues that impact all women and girls, both locally and globally.
Please feel free to visit Zonta.org for additional information regarding Zonta International and Zonta International Foundation, our international leadership, our international programs and herstory.
Thank you for your interest in District 15 of Zonta International.
